In our French restaurant in Kazakhstan, we trusted a young chef : Paul Varnier who respects the ancestral recipes of French gastronomy.
In our Kazakh restaurant in France, we have chosen a young Kazakh graduate : Ali Omarov who has recently settled in France. He will share with us his family recipes and those of the Kazakh culinary heritage.
